POSITION: Support Analyst for the Support Team.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Provide level 2 application support of CampusVue Software. This will include handling escalations from any level I analyst.
Use SQL for creating queries and troubleshooting stored procedures.
Utilize SQL profiler to identify root cause.
Develop and fix Crystal Reports, based on SQL queries.
Escalate cases when needed to Development teams and/or Level III Analysts for a resolution.
Document issues and their resolutions for future issues of the same nature.
If escalated to the Senior Analyst level, the Support Analyst II follows up on the issue for resolution and documentation.
A thorough knowledge of business practices in order to understand how schools report to different educational entities to meet compliance for financial aid, academic records, housing, placement statistics, scholarships, etc.
Must demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting fundamentals (i.e. balancing ledger cards, releasing to ledgers, payment plans, account reconciliations) to help users reconcile their reports and identify discrepancies in reporting practices.
Responsible for communicating to customers in non-technical and polite terms, how reports or data are being managed.
Should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources.
Assist with other Support department tools as needed.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in Application Support.
Good Knowledge of RDBMS packages preferably MS SQL Server 2000/2005.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Advanced relational database knowledge (DBA certification a plus.)
Exposure to programming languages like C/C++ or .Net Technologies will be an added advantage.
Exposure to DBA activities like Replication, Disaster Recovery etc.,
Excellent knowledge of database programming (SQL, Table and Stored Procedure design) using Microsoft SQL Server.
Microsoft Development experience using .Net and Visual Basic.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CIS or related field.
MCSD Certification preferred.
Knowledge of CampusVue and School processes.
Intermediate knowledge of Crystal Reports.
Experience working in large team environments.
Willingness to work in shifts including night shifts is essential with a minimum of 1/3 rd being night shift.
5 Work Days in a Week and it could include Weekends.

Mainframe Analyst
- Mandatory Skill is general Mainframe experience in TSO, Cobol, CICS, preferably having Banking domain knowledge.
- 4 plus years of relevant experience in Mainframes and working in an analyst role for min of 2 years.
Mainframe Developers / Programmers
- Mandatory Skill set required is good knowledge in JCL, COBOL, VSAM, EASYTRIEVE, MANTIS, DB2.

Ab Initio Consulting Analysts
- Candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience (Enterprise Meta Environment EME) in Ab initio.
- Preferably with experience of working in Unix and Mainframe environment.
- Partitioning, development and testing skills would be an added advantage.
Java Developers or Designers
- Project experience in Java or J2EE with working knowledge of BEA Portal Service Bus / BEA Aqua logic or SOA or ESB or Web logic.
- 3-5years experience candidates having project experience in Java / J2EE with working knowledge of BEA Portal Service Bus / BEA Aqua logic or SOA or ESB or Web logic.
Java or J2EE Developers
- Should have over 3 years experience of pure Java/jsp/XML experience.
- Preferably have worked with b2b or b2c area. Must have a sound
- understanding of JAVA/J2EE Patterns and database concepts, Sound understanding of design pattern, Java Beans, JDBC and XML.
- Exposure to Web and App Servers preferrably WebLogic. Knowledge of majority of modules, including CMS, BASKET, Promotion, Templates etc.
- Should have 2 to 3 years experience of SDLC and application support
- and good working experience on Java / SQL / AJAX and Oracle, PL/SQL & Unix are added advantage.
- C)Should have 4 to 7 experience in application support and development environment. Have good working experience on Unix, Weblogic, Java, Oracle and PL/SQL, ITIL certification is a plus .
- Exposure in providing defined business services in accordance with agreed service levels and timescales is a must.
- Should have worked on incidentent reporting tool like Remedy / Bridge etc. Expert Knowledge in Weblogic and Java Technology.
SAP MM
- Configuration Experience in SAP R/3 MM module.
- Experience in support, analyzing problems or requirement, providing estimates etc. Good SAP R/3 MM knowledge.
- Good understanding of specific Purchasing and Invoicing.
- Customer Facing.Experience Functional knowledge in MM would be helpful.
- Knowledge of Support Practice would be helpful.
- Knowledge in cross modules like FI will be an advantage.
- Should be willing to work in UK Shifts.
Sr. System Analyst Citrix , VMWARE , Windows
- MCSEs System Administrators with a good background and extensive experience Windows, Citrix and VMWARE.
- Should be a good team player.
- Must have Excellent communication Skills written and spoken.
Support Analyst Change Management and Incident Management
- Unix (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP Unix).
- System Administration, (Shell Scripting, Process monitoring, Resource Monitoring, User Maintenance, permission administration.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, SAP Administration).
- Must have worked in a support environment, with the responsibility to converse with internal customers.
- Must be a good team player.
- Experience on Change Management, incident Management in a Support Environment.
- Good Report/Documentation writing skills and good communication Skills.
Support Analyst Windows server 2003 / Active Directory VMWar
- Experienced on Windows Server 2003/ Active Directory VMWare/ Anti-Virus MacAfee/VMWARE/Exchange/ Lotus Notes Documentation Skills.
- Must have worked in a support environment, with the responsibility to converse with internal customers.
- Must be a good team player.

Chordiant Designers -Technical Lead
- Incumbent will design and shape the technology roadmap and designing target architecture of key CRM / Credit Card systems therefore must be an expert in business and Application architecture.
- Must have wide technical exposure on j2ee, SQL Rational Rose & OO design Methodology.
- Must have design capability in Chordiant Framework with experience of atleast 1 implementation.
