Support Engineer – Workflow Applications
Educational Qualifications: Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology
Shift: Rotational (24 / 5)
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in Application Support Environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like .Net, VB, Asp etc
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
- L1 & L2 Application support experience.
- Experience in providing 24×5 production support.
- Familiarity with support escalation process.
- Data Analysis and Clean Up.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must possess strong analytical organizational and planning.
- Good in WFM- work flow management
Job Responsibilities:
Encompass daily and monthly support by providing access, maintaining, updating, troubleshooting and enhancing current systems.
In other related applications. The person should demonstrate the ability to understand the workflow applications

Eligible candidates may attend the interview on 12th April, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. for the post of Programmers, Sr. Computer Instructors, Jr. Computer Instructors and Data Entry Operators on contract basis for various Govt. Schools of Chandigarh Administration
Details of qualification, experience required for each post as follows :
1. Programmers : B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication) / MCA / ‘B’ level of DOEACC with one year experience or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Age : 35 Years, Pay : Rs. 13000/- pm
2. Senior Computer Instructors : B.E./B.Tech.(Comp.Sc./IT) or M.Sc. (Comp.Sc./IT) /MCA or equivalent from a recognized university or ‘B’ level from DOEACC, Age : 35 Years, Pay : Rs. 8000/- pm
3. Junior Computer Instructors : B.Sc.(Comp.Sc./IT) or BCA from a recognized university or ‘A’ level certificate from DOEACC/ Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Applications, Age : 35 Years, Pay : Rs. 6000/-
4. Data Entry Operators/ Computer Typists : 10+2 having experience of MS Office/Data Entry. Candidates will be given a machine test before appearing for the interview. Graduate candidates will be preferred., Age : 45 Years, Pay : Rs.4500/-
Walk-In-Interview : Application in the prescribed proforma should be submitted along with registration fee of Rs. 200/- in cash for each post applied separately at the above premises before start of the interview on 12/04/2008 by 10.00 am. Candidates should report by 12.30 p.m. positively.
The candidates should attach copies of certificates/ mark sheets, Date of Birth certificate, passport size photograph, and experience certificates with the application form and should bring all testimonials/ certificates/ experience certificates in original at the time of interview.
