VACANCY AT:

QUALIFICATION: B.Tech /B.E(Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering

EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 Years

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Expertise in 3D Modeling and Parametric Detailing, Family Tables etc.
• Expertise in Pro/E 2001 & Autocad
• Experience on G D & T, Tolerance Analysis, DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
• Good Knowledge in Drafting Standards especially ASME 14.5M, DIN, BSS, etc
• Must have experience to Engineering change Request and Engineering change order implementation
• Have understanding on Different Manufacturing Processes like Plastic Injection Molding, Metal Parts Machining, Casting, sheet metal process, Joining methodologies (crimpling, welding, brazing, soldering), potting.
• Have an understanding of NPI / Product Development Life Cycle and Product Design skills with Problem solving and analytical capability
• Good knowledge about Materials (Engineering Plastics, Metals), Plating & various surface finish treatment.

Excellent coordinating and interacting skills, particularly of cross functional teams on a Global basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem analysis, judgment and technical decision making skills

QUALIFICATION:Diploma / ITI in Electronics Engg

EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years for Diploma and 4 years for ITI

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Product development support and testing in electronic industry with hand-on knowledge of design verification testing, safe Lab practices and electronic lab equipment usage, soldering, PCB assembly and trouble-shooting. Experience in Wire Bonding and SMD assembly is an advantage.

Computer skills: Microsoft Office tools like MSEXCEL, MS word, Power Point.

Senior Engineers ACS HTS

VACANCY AT:

QUALIFICATION:B.E/ B.Tech / (EC/CS)

EXPERIENCE: 4 – 6 years

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Primary responsibility to Support GDT and TPS teams on ECAD activities
• Create Schematic, Library components, Layout and Manufacturing output and documents
• as per the ECAD Standards
• Primary ownership of all the ECAD related Drawings
• Design verification, peer review and Knowledge sharing
• Responsible & accountable for Quality Design
• Modification of existing drawings
• Create Engineering Change Request and Engineering change Order, Redline Markups and implementing it with all the necessary approvals.
• Expertise in Mentor Graphics – Dx Designer to Expedition flow
• Maintain, revise, and create electrical schematics using Expedition flow based on specifications from an Electrical Engineer or Supervisor.
• Maintain, revise, and create PCB layouts and artwork using Expedition flow based on specifications from an Engineer or Supervisor.
• Knowledge and Experience of EMI/EMC compliance in PCB design
• Excellent knowledge of PCB manufacturing and PCB assembly technologies and processes.
• Understand technical concepts for design layout of SMT and thru-hole components on multilayer boards
• Hands on Knowledge on designing of analog, digital circuits and Mixed signals PCBs
• Demonstrated ability to grasp ideas quickly, use good judgment to produce quality Printed Circuit Boards
• Generation and maintenance of general engineering design documentation.
• Attendance of in house design reviews
• Strong foundation in basic circuit theory

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Tech lead HTS

VACANCY AT:

QUALIFICATION: BE / B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech(EC/EEE/CS)

EXPERIENCE: 7 – 9 years

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Should have end to end product design life cycle experience in preferably Automation & Control domain. Prefer to have an individual currently playing similar role.
Should have worked on at-least 2 hardware designs involving either of 8/16/32 bit micro controller or microprocessor based designs.
Should have good knowledge of DFM, DFT and awareness of manufacturing processes.
Should have handled all phases like planning, requirements, design, implementation, and testing and product certification.
Hardware Certification knowledge will an additional advantage.
