Network Admin (L3)
Certifications: CCNA is a must. CCNP (certification desirable – at least one or two papers should have been completed, knowledge is must), CCSA
Experience/Skill set:
- Should have 6-10 years of experience in Network & Security domain with advanced routing and security skills
- Should have extensive knowledge on Frame-relay, ATM and MPLS WAN [shal]technologies[/shal], EIGRP, OSPF and BGP routing protocols, and on Remote access, Site-to-site [shal]VPN[/shal], Client VPN, IPSEC
- Should have experience in configuration and administration of Cisco routers, switches, and Nokia and Checkpoint Firewalls
- Should have experience on Layer2 and Layer 3 switches, Wireless Access Points, Controllers and switching technologies such as VLANs, [shal]Trunking[/shal], VTP, HSRP, MLS, Spanningtree etc
- Should be able to provide 2nd level troubleshooting and support to maintain network infrastructure that consists all devices and technologies mentioned above to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
Desirable: working experience on eHealth, IP management tool such as EasyIP, Network analysis tool such as Ethereal. Good understanding and exposure on ITIL framework.
Effective communication skills and good documentation skills to produce network related documentation.
Knowledge on Content Switching: ACE modules and CSM modules are the current hardware, and CCS units
