Position requirements
Lead technical role in converting business objectives into robust infrastructure, developing technology roadmaps that align to the business.
Explore, design and implement new technologies as well as providing the necessary expertise to support a broad IT services catalog.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Day to day high level support (L3) of internal infrastructure
Complex troubleshooting and resolving skills in order to reestablish services in the event of an issue/outage
Driving conversion of business objectives into solutions (architecture design and planning)
Discovering opportunities to enhance IT offerings including end-user productivity, process improvement, automation, consolidation and driving total costs of ownership benefits.

The infrastructure services include:
Core Infrastructure – Active [shal]Directory[/shal], DNS, [shal]DHCP[/shal], IAS, WINS
Branch Services – DFSR, IIS (Web, SSL, FTP, [shal]SMTP[/shal]), File/Print, Hyper-V
Management Services – System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Collaboration services – P2P (Unified Communications, OCS/LCS, [shal]Remote [/shal]IM), Federation, VoIP/SIP

Required Skills:
5+ years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large and complex infrastructure (lifecycles and project management)
Background working with listed Microsoft services/technologies
Strong automation and process integration skills including scripting languages (vbscript, Powershell, .NET)
Strong analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills
Documentation skills including experience writing evaluations, proposals, solutions documents and statements of work
Implementation team leadership/coordination  experience
Engineering/Solution accountability and experience in managing over 500 servers including coordination between on-shore management and teams
