Desired profile:
-Understanding the niche requirements from all business units
-Sourcing the right profiles from job portals
-Prescreening, validating, and forwarding relevant resume to the business unit
-Coordinating with the Functional Heads to collect feedbacks for the resumes sent
-Closing the requirement by the given time
-Willing to work under high pressure
-Willing to work in night shifts (US shifts)
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience required 1-5 yrs.
