The services offered include Helpdesk Management, Application Management, Asset Management, Server Management, Database Administration, Mail Management, Network Management, Security Management & Remote Management

Network L1/L2
2-5 Years of experience in: Installation, Configuration, and troubleshooting of high-end routers, switches & Voice Products. (Switches 4500-7600), (Router-7200, 7600, 7500, 3700)

Exchange L1/L2
2-5 years of experience of Exchange 2003 / 5.5, Configuration and basic troubleshooting, part replacement, installation of backup tools, ADmigration and exposure to any of the server monitoring tools.

Windows L1/L2
2-5 Years of experience of Mid Range Windows NT / 2003 servers, Configuration and basic troubleshooting, part replacement, installation of backup tools like ArcServe etc and exposure to any of the server monitoring tools.

Site Incharge / Ops Manager / Program Manager
4-10 Years of experience in managing one or more large FMS projects / sites, strong people management & customer handling expertise. Exposure to ITIL / ITSM

Enterprise Services

Sun Solaris Specialists
