HCL invites young and dynamic Voice Coach/Quality Coach with 2+ years of experience.

Job Description:
- Monitor calls and give feedback to teams assigned
- Check on the voice and accent aspects of calls
- Coach the advisors on voice/ accent/ pronunciation and other soft skill parameters
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the customer handling skills of agents and ensure steady improvement in the related Metrics
- Maintain all reports & documents related to defined roles.
- Attend all calibration sessions (Internal & Client)
- To ensure improvement of CSCO scores
- Ensure overall improvement of EDCSM scores.
Experience: Minimum 2years of Handling Calls (Should have monitored calls for 6 months to 1 year)
Skill Set:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Handling Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
