We require Customer Relation officer (CRO) for our upcoming Direct company?owned Lifestyle Showrooms in Mumbai.
We are looking for Graduates/MBA’s with go getter attitude,target oriented with 0-3 years of experience in retail sales.
Fresh MBA’S would also be considered.
Job Profile:
To attend customer walk-ins in showroom,and explain products in showroom.
Follow- up and Maintenance of Customer Database with Daily Feed Back Remarks.
Execution of Sales Target as per provided plan,undertake Booking and ensure parameters of Credit Policies.
Keep track of product upgradation and changes with competition
Desired Profile
We are looking for people with 0-2 years experience in retail sales.
Candidate should have pleasant personality.
Excellent communication skills and should have zeal to excel and grow.
Fresh/Experience Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fresh MBA’s would also be considered.
Female candidates?would also be considered.
