1. Handling the entire recruitment cycle for the (middle and senior management search).
2. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels portals, headhunting, referencing, mapping, networking etc.
3. Conducting prelim telephonic and personal interviews.
4. Analyzing and managing client’s requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.
5. Client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings. Achievements of targets.
