BE/MSc/ME/Mtech (CS) – 60%
Technical Skills:

• 4+ yrs experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, Java Servlets and JDBC programming
• 2+ yrs of experience in application servers, like Tomcat, Weblogic or Websphere
• 4+ yrs experience in RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
• Experience in .NET architecture
• Experience in MVC architecture using frameworks like Struts
• Familiarity with open source architecture
• Hands on experience with operating systems including Unix/Linux
• Strong design skills
• 2+ yrs of experience of [shal]Use Cases[/shal], workflows
• Experience in conducting requirements gathering
• Soft Skills:Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Good team player

Nice to have:

• Ability to lead a team
• Open for short term relocation
• Experience with planning and effort estimation
