SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS
Responsibilities:

• Develops code as per the coding standards, and conducts code reviews.
• Understands High Level Design and participants in the detailed design
• Identifies and analyzes issues that require more attention and works towards fixing defects
• Maintain program documentation in accordance with industry standards
• Responsible for design / development / testing of software products / projects and modules
• Should consistently deliver high quality code in an efficient manner
• Should articulate new solutions for changes

Preferred Skillset (anyone):

• C++: Advanced C, C++, Linux, UML, SOAP, Network Protocols, XML, DB Design concepts, MS SQL, exposure to telecom technologies (SS7, TCAP, ISUP, INAP, IN, GSM, GPRS, MMS, SIP, SMPP, SMS, IVR, Video applications)
• .NET: C#, VB.net, ASP.net, .Net remoting, web services, Java Script, IIS, N-tier architecture, MS SQL
• JAVA: Core Java, J2ME, JDBC, JAVA Servlets, Networking, XML/SOAP
• Symbian / MIDP / BREW / J2ME / Windows CE

Education: MTech / BTech / BE from reputed institutes
Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant software experience

TEAM LEADS
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all technical issues and execution of assigned project tasks, such as planning and designing, coding, reviewing, testing and documentation as per industry standards.
Preferred Skillset (anyone):

• C++: Advanced C, C++, Linux, UML, SOAP, Network Protocols, XML, DB Design concepts, MS SQL, exposure to telecom technologies (SS7, TCAP, ISUP, INAP, IN, GSM, GPRS, MMS, SIP, SMPP, SMS, IVR, Video applications)
• .NET: C#, VB.net, ASP.net, .Net remoting, web services, Java Script, IIS, N-tier architecture, MS SQL, SOA Architecture using WCF and WF and XHTML
• JAVA: Core Java, J2ME, JDBC, JAVA Servlets, Networking, XML/SOAP
• Symbian / MIDP / BREW / J2ME / Windows CE
• Flash / FMS: FMS (Flash Media Server) / Communication Server, Action Script (client/server)

Education: M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E from reputed institutes

Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant software experience, managing teams
