Job Description:

Plan, allocate, design, review, test, support, maintain and Lead Project/Product / Support Team with the objective of delivering quality Product/service within the framework of the project/support plan. Provide training, support and assistance to the team as required.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate, design, review, test, support, maintain software applications.
• Lead a Team size of 4-6 members with the objective of project elivery within the framework of approved project plan and approved cost plan.
• Assist the Project Manager in work break-down and developer assignments.
• Participate in reporting design activities, working with the development Team to stay within the application framework.
• Assist and mentor the development team in development
• Oversee development and unit testing, including code and test walkthroughs
• Meet delivery dates, communicate status, identify issues and solve problems.
