Upper age limit is 30 years as on 30/4/2008.
he application form in the prescribed format along with attested copies of testimonials/ certificates & one passport size photograph will be accepted in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Lok Nayak Hospital, 2, JL Nehru Marg, Delhi Gate, New Delhi-110002 along with prescribed fee of Rs.50/- in the form of DD/ Pay Order/ Bankers Cheque/ IPO in favour of DDO, Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi payable at New Delhi. (No fee from SC/ST candidates).
