Education: - Diploma/Graduation/Computer course.
Experience: - 0-1 Year.
Desired candidate’s profile:
- Basic understanding of computer terminology.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Good analytical and decision making.
Key Skills: Excellent Communication skill & good technical knowledge.
Experience: 0 - 1 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitoring of software driven alerts on failures.
Handling and escalating the queries to senior level.
Maintaining and updating the MIS
Basic course in computer science will be an added advantage.

Meeting Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM.
Day: Monday to Saturday.
