• HSC with 6 months of work experience/ Fresh Graduate
• Good Written communication skills
• Open to flexible hours, night shifts.
• Basic understanding of computer functionality and internet service.

Job Profile:

• Solving customer queries by providing technical support through chat and e-mail.
• To monitor on a day to day basis the incoming tickets
• Adding of customer data to the tool, ensuring the data is accurate and appropriate.

Walk in for an interview:

Monday to Friday between : 11.00am to 4.00pm with a copy of your updated CV.

Saturday between 11.00am to 2.00pm
