Job Description
Troubleshoot the customer of our VoIP service over Text Based Chat. This is a semi-technical customer service job.
This job is suitable for students or house wifes. If you are already working else where, you cannot take this job as a secondary job.
Timings: There are two options available:
7am – 11am
OR
6pm to 10pm
Requirements: The candidates must have an excellent command over written English and good understanding of computers and Windows environment. Candidate must have typing speed of minimum 30 wpm.
