- Lifecycle ownership of incident, 9*6 support, single point of contract for phone as well as web and user support
- Single point contact for the end users
- First Line support for problem tickets
- Logging of calls/complaints/problems/service request and changes requested by users
- Providing the user with problem ticket number
- Forwarding the calls to the concerned engineer
- Monitoring status on resolutions of problems
- Record/track problems through resolution
- Daily escalation and monthly MIS report generation
