Requirement: L1 Desktop Support Engineer
Role : System Administrator

Mandatory – MCP, MCSE,MCSA or CCNA

desired Profile: MCP Or Good in Trouble shooting skills L2 Skills

Responsibilities :-

• Complete Owner ship of any task assigned related to the Operating System and Applications Specific to the site the engineer is been placed
• Trouble shooting skill on Windows 2000/XP /2003 / Win NT/Win 2K/XP
• Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on DNS,WINS,DHCP,RAS Remote connectivity Tools
• Installation and trouble shooting skills on all Microsoft Applications and Software’s.
• Should know basics of Networking.
• Polite Customers interaction, attitude and Quick Analysis of problems is required.
• Should have 1to 2 years of experience

Requirement: Network Engineer – L1

Role-

Mandatory - Should install, configure and operate LAN, WAN and dial access services for small networks (150 nodes or fewer), including but not limited to use of these protocols: IP, RIP, Serial, VLANs, Ethernet, Access List, ISDN BRIDesirable – Should have very good understanding on systems and good understanding on networking basics.

CCNA and MCSE is preferable

• Responsibilities-Configuration and customization of IP routing gateways.
• Handling Escalated Technical problem.
• Local Area Network cabling for Ethernet technology.
• Looking after the LAN networking for the shared Ethernet connective
