Job Responsibilities:
1] Installation, up gradation and Maintenance of OS(all version of Windows).
2] Troubleshooting of Software installation
3] Technical support
4] Interaction with Customer
5] Application rollout and Maintenance
6] Online Support
7] Knowledge transfer
8] Help desk
9] Migration to Forum
