Job Description :

• Must be technically sound & understand requirements quickly.
• You should be a power house of energy and passionate about recruiting.
• Must have 6 months - 2 years of excellent experience working on Niche IT requirements.
• Should have high delivery capability, Will take responsibility for delivery -Must be an aggressive Head Hunter.
• Must be excellent at sourcing, head hunting, networking and posting creative Ads.
• Will Co-ordinate with Technical Panels in scheduling interviews, following up with the candidates till he joins.
• Must have extensively worked across IT verticals and have experience working on IT Infrastructure requirements.

Desired Profile

•   Good knowledge of Technologies.
•   6 months-2 yrs of exp in IT recruitment.
•   Good knowledge of Technologies.
•   Proficient in screening, shortlisting & submission of resumes depending on the requirement before the deadline.
•   Good attitude, Pro-active, optimist, Self starter, interested in learning, TEAM PLAYER, commitment etc.
•   Should be able to interact with client & Job Seeker.
•   Should possess Good Communication & Analytical Skills.
