Job Description:
Essential Job Goals and Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to inside and outside customers’f requests; provide the customers with 7X15 hotline service strictly in conformity with the principle of ‘gcustomer first’h.
Ensure the customer issues are 100% registered in call log; conduct the close-loop resolution of customer complaints, with which the customers are 100% satisfied.
Ensure service quality improvement and upgrading.
Strictly abide by and carry out corporate and departmental standards and regulations
Visit Customer who sent Handset to repair
Desired Profile:
1.Accept customer issues via 7X15 hotline, identify customer issues through hotline, website, fax, email, letter and so on and register as a call log.
2.Responsible for critical problems urgently reporting and tightly tracing and report to ZTE Global Customer Support Center.
3.Responsible for supervising and tracing the progress of customer issues processing, coordinate relevant departments of ZTE Corporation to solve customers’f issues within deadline.
4.Handle customer complaint, ensure the complaint to be solved in a close-loop way and achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the result of complaint handling.
5.According to the relevant information in call log, conduct close-loop verification of customer issues in good communication skills via customer callback to exploit customers’f further demand information and accurately evaluate customers’f satisfaction degree.
6.Responsible for customer communication and promotion, customer and competitors’f information collection.
7.Submit monthly and weekly reports correctly and timely according to ZTE Handset Call Center requirement.
8.Complete other works assigned by supervisors.
